How to order
Everything from ordering to payment and uploading customer data can be done online.
- STEP 1: Order and payment

Please place your order from each product page (※1).
Please go to the payment screen from the order screen or cart, enter the required information and complete the payment.
We will inform you on the payment completion screen and in the order confirmation email.Our official LINE accountPlease add us as a friend (※2).(※1) When ordering a product, please carefully read and agree to the terms of use listed on each product page.
(※2) If you do not add the "LINE Official Account" as a friend, we will not be able to upload data for insole production or provide other guidance, so please be sure to "add the account as a friend." - STEP 2: Sending customer information and data

In order to create custom-made insoles tailored to your foot condition, we ask that you upload data (still images and videos).
Tap the "Data Upload" button in the menu at the bottom of the top screen of our official LINE account. This will open our "Data Upload" app.
Please select the type of insole you would like to order (sports, walking, beauty or room) and proceed.
Follow the instructions to upload your data, enter your order ID, medical history information, etc.●How to photograph data
For information on how to take photos, please see theHow to capture dataPlease refer to the following. The required photo data varies depending on the type of insole, so please choose according to your order.
Please follow the instructions to take photos. If you take photos of all the necessary data in advance, the upload process will go more smoothly. - STEP 3: Pick up your item

Once we have verified the above data and customer information, we will deliver your custom insoles to your specified address in approximately 2-3 weeks.

Delivery time of the product
After completing payment, please upload the data required to create the insoles.
Once we have confirmed the data, we will begin creating the product, so it will take approximately 14 days for production.
The product will be shipped as soon as the insoles are completed.

Products ordered from this site will be shipped by a shipping company after being prepared by our store.
Monthly flat rate plan
What is a monthly flat rate plan?
The monthly flat rate plan is a subscription for custom-made insoles starting from 1,290 yen (tax included) per month.
This is a service in which you continue to make monthly payments and have your insoles replaced with new ones that are tailored to your body movements every 18 months as they change.
Remakes and refunds
Guarantee for remaking due to damage, etc.
Our custom-made insoles come with a remake guarantee.
If after using the insoles you received for a while you feel that they do not fit your feet or cause discomfort, please contact the retailer where you purchased them or our company.
If we determine that a remake is necessary after inquiring about the situation, we will remake the product free of charge if it is made within 90 days of the initial payment date, but if it is made within 91 days to 12 months, we will charge a one-time fee of 4,840 yen (tax included) for the remake.
Guarantee for replacement of the size when the child grows out of the garment
Our custom-made insoles come with a guarantee to be remade if the size no longer fits as your child grows.
If the insoles no longer fit as your child grows, please contact the retailer where you purchased them or our company.
If you purchase within 12 months of your initial payment, we will remake your item at a special price of 4,840 yen (tax included).
About refund
Our custom-made insoles come with a money-back guarantee if the procedure is completed within 30 days of the delivery date (refund amount varies depending on the situation).
If you wish to cancel your order or return a product, please contact your retailer or us.
