Our custom-made insoles come with a guarantee of replacement.

If after using the insoles you received for a while you feel that they do not fit your feet or cause discomfort, please contact the retailer where you purchased them or our company.

If we determine that a remake is necessary after inquiring about the situation, we will remake the product free of charge if it is made within 90 days of the initial payment date, but if it is made within 91 days to 12 months, we will charge a one-time fee of 4,840 yen (tax included, separate shipping fees) for the remake.
