This service allows you to continue making monthly payments and replace your insoles with new ones that suit your body movements every 18 months. This service was born from our philosophy of always watching over our customers' health.

After receiving your product, you may cancel at any time under the following conditions:
- If you cancel before the 24th payment, a cancellation fee (6,450 yen/tax included) will be charged.
- After notifying us of your cancellation, please return the product to the specified address within one month. Your cancellation will be considered complete once we have confirmed receipt of the product.
- If you reorder new insoles after your 18th payment, the cancellation fee period will begin again (up to 24 payments).
- If you cancel this service midway, you will need to return the product. However, the following cases will not be eligible for return:
