What is a monthly flat rate plan?
The monthly flat-rate plan is a service in which you make ongoing monthly payments and have your insoles replaced with new ones that are tailored to your body movements every 18 months (every 12 months for kids' insoles) as your body movements change.
This was born from our philosophy of always looking after our customers' health.
This plan is recommended for customers who are hesitant to make a purchase because they feel that "custom-made insoles are too expensive" or "They're unsure whether the insoles will fit them."

To create custom insoles, we need information about your feet.

Once we have received your data upload, we will begin analyzing your foot information and creating your insoles.
The insoles will be delivered to your specified address within 2 to 3 weeks. - After 18th payment*1

Plan has been in effect for 18 months*2Once you have done so, you can order new insoles at no additional charge. (Please send us a new video of you walking and standing on one leg.)
There is no need to return the insoles you have been using.
After 18th payment*1If you reorder new insoles, the number of payments will be reset and you will be billed again for your first payment.

The number of payments per insole order is 24.*3Once this date has passed, the withdrawal will be completed. This will complete the payment and the insoles will become the property of the purchaser.

Terms of Service
When using the monthly flat-rate plan, please read the following carefully and agree to the terms before applying.
- Our insoles are individually made to order, so it will take about 2-3 weeks for the product to be delivered after we confirm that you have uploaded your data.
- This service is available for 18th time by paying a fixed monthly fee.*4With every payment, you can reorder new insoles with the latest technology that adapts to your changing movements at no extra cost.
- If you would like to purchase all items at once, you can do so at any time by paying the difference between the regular price + tax of the item in question and the total amount you have paid up to that point.
- You may cancel this service at any time.
- 24th*5If you cancel before the payment is due, a cancellation fee of 6,450 yen (tax included) will be charged, but there will be no cancellation fee after that.
- 18th*4If you order a new insole after making the payment, the number of payments will be reset to 1st and you will have to make 24 payments again.*5The cancellation fee accrual period will begin until payment is made.
- If you cancel this service midway, you will need to return the product. However, the following cases will not be eligible for return:
①18th time*4If you re-order new insoles after payment, the old insoles you have been using will be
②18th time*4If you have not ordered new insoles after the 24th payment,*5The insoles that have been used up until that point have reached the date of payment (this service contract will automatically terminate)
- After you have completed the cancellation procedure, we will send you a return letter pack (Yu-Pack Light) with a return address, so please return it within 7 days. Once we have confirmed the return of the product, your cancellation will be completed, and you will continue to make monthly payments until the cancellation is completed.
- If for any reason it is difficult to return the product when you cancel this service, we will charge you the regular price + tax of the product in question minus the total amount paid up to that point.
- If you purchase multiple pairs of the same product and cancel only one of them (for example, if you cancel one of two pairs for walking), the lowest priced pair will be canceled first, based on the monthly payment at the time of purchase, and the remaining amount will be charged as your monthly plan fee.

To cancel your monthly plan, you will need to return the product.
After you have completed the cancellation procedure, we will send you a reply letter pack (Yu-Pack Light) with a return address printed on it, so please return the product within 7 days.If for any reason it is difficult to return the product, we will charge you an amount equal to the total sales price of the relevant product minus the total amount paid up to that point. - Cancellation procedure completed

Your contract will be cancelled once we have confirmed both your cancellation procedure and the return of the product.
Please note that you will continue to make monthly payments until cancellation is completed.
Regarding cancellation fees for monthly flat-rate plans
Cancellation fees vary depending on when you cancel.

- If you purchase multiple pairs of the same product and cancel only some of them (for example, if you cancel one pair out of three pairs for walking), the lower priced pairs will be canceled first based on the monthly payment at the time of purchase, and the remaining amount will be charged as your monthly plan fee.
- If you purchase multiple pairs and cancel some of them, and only one pair remains that was eligible for set discounts or repeat purchase discounts, these discounts will be canceled and you will be charged the regular price (monthly fixed price) from the following month.
