Vision
Until now, only a select few people were able to obtain or create custom-made insoles.
In the future, we will build a system network that will allow anyone, anywhere, anytime to purchase custom-made insoles, and even have them made.

Digital Technology 01Data Acquisition System
We will develop a camera app with voice guidance to allow users to take videos of themselves walking and photos of their feet smoothly with more intuitive operation.

We will build an AI-based uploading system that will allow you to upload videos and photos smoothly and easily.

Digital Technology 03Feet & Movement
Analysis SystemWe will build a motion analysis system using AI.
We will also develop an in-house algorithm that determines the shape of the insole from the analysis results, and build a system that automatically orders the manufactured insole shapes to assembly spots across the country. -
Digital Technology 04Manufacturing System
We will build a system that uses IC chips to link customer information to the insoles, preventing mix-ups and other issues from occurring.
We also develop our own software to efficiently create special blueprints that allow anyone to accurately assemble insoles, and we develop specialized equipment to create the parts needed to make them. Furthermore, we use our own app to accurately manage manufacturing at multiple locations. -

systemBy directly connecting insole makers with users, we can build a system where the makers' thoughts can reach users directly, realizing a society where "thank yous" circulate, such as "thank you for making them" and "thank you for using them."
Practical strategies
The digital technology-based system network that we are trying to realize does not necessarily use cutting-edge technology or equipment.
In response to the social issues surrounding custom-made insoles, the pillar of our technological development is to integrate currently widely used technologies based on ideas and visions, and to build an unprecedented system network.
This makes the feasibility very high, and a major strength of ours is that we can steadily advance development, just like piecing together the pieces of a puzzle.
